Hello out there! Adora Belle here, fresh from my trip to the IDEX Brunch with lots to tell you! We all had such a great time as my mommy introduced a brand new theme for 2007......

Hello out there!  Adora Belle here, fresh from my trip to the IDEX Brunch with lots to tell you!  We all had such a great time as my mommy introduced a brand new theme for 2007 to many of her doll friends.  This year, we are all “Becoming Butterflies”.  (I just want to go on record that I have already been a butterfly . . . and it feels good!)  Through my mommy’s dolls and with the help of all of us doll friends, we can “become” more tranquil; more happy; more peaceful; more playful; more like a little girl again; more joyful . . . even more boopalicious!  Every one of us was destined to fly like a butterfly, not remain sheltered and confined in a “cocoon”.  Mommy believes, and I agree, that we all have beauty and greatness inside of us.  Sometimes, we don’t do all that we can to recognize and nurture our inner selves . . . or that little girl inside each of us, and this year we want to help you do just that.

Mommy invited a very special friend of hers to be the guest speaker at the brunch.  Her name is Ranelle Wallace and she has an amazing story to tell of how she was in a horrible plane accident, crashing into the side of a mountain in Utah, and living to tell about it.  When the plane wrecked, it started on fire and burned Ranelle over most of her body.  She is really lucky to be alive, and we were all really lucky to hear her speak.  She is definitely someone who knows first-hand what it is to “transform” and find the beauty within.  When I looked out into the audience, I saw many of our friends with tears in their eyes, including my mommy.

Until my next adventure . . .have an Adora Belle Day!!

I'm glad everyone had a Wonderful time at IDEX! Wish I could have been! What an amazing story about that woman. I live in Utah, but for some reason I had never heard of that accident. I agree with you and "Your Mommy" about becoming butterflies. I am 20 years old. Living as a young women in today's society is difficult on you self-image. Many times I find myself comparing myself to others...even to your Mommy. But, last time she was on QVC she made me cry. She talked about loving ourselves and seeing our true beauty. I loved it! Please tell your Mother thank you. She is such a GREAT lady who has touched my life.
Sincerely,
Mallory Shae

Well , Adorabelle, what can I say? I went to the brunch expecting to just play with dolls and visit with friends...but I got so much more due to your mommy sharing her beautiful friend RaNelle with us. Her story touched me deeply and I will carry her message with me for the rest of my life. What a precious gift to recieve and such a surprise to receive it at a doll convention of all places! Your mommy is special that way...she gives us so much more than just beautiful dolls....she gives us gifts that enrich our soul. Bringing us closer not only to each other, but to our Heavenly Father. What a blessing to be a Marie Osmond Doll Collector! Big Bear Hugs, ChrisVA

Hi Adora Belle,
It's so good to hear from you again, you know Adora I got to meet your mommy at IDEX for the first time, I have been a huge fan of hers since I was young, but never had the opportunity to met her, it seemed I was always a little to late, or not in the right place at the right time. I wish I could have attended the breakfast, but again a little to late, I could sure have used her inspirational words at this point of my life, since I seem to have this saddness that just won't go away, but you know Adora meeting your mommy gave me so much joy, that I am holding on to that feeling, so I see the joys as I get up everyday. I wish you and your family a wonderful new year and I hope to see you soon again, Love & God Bless

Well Adora Belle,

Your mommy is a butterfly for many of us she shows us the beauty within for many of us. I wish I could have been at the brunch and even the IDEX weekend but I was not because I had foot surgery and had to be helped around for a while by my children

Hi Adora Belle,
I had so much fun at the IDEX brunch. It was so nice to meet all the doll friends. I especially enjoyed meeting Ranelle. I always love seeing your mommy and Lisa. It was my first but won't be my last IDEX convention. Next year I will try bring a King Cake so we can celebrate Mardi Gras in Orlando!

The IDEX brunch was a very special morning. RaNelle was inspirational and it was a priviledge to meet her and hear her story. I had the pleasure of sharing the Brunch with my mommy as well as "your mommy" and it was lots of fun and we will have wonderful memories of that day.

Adorabelle!
It was an amazing experience - being in that room filled with such magnificent people. From all of the wonderful doll collectors to Lisa, your Mommy and especially Ms. Ranelle! I came away with a renewed respect for my family,my friends and myself. Ranelle's story was so compelling that it's true - there were NO dry eyes in the room that day. Your Mommy, even though she wasn't feeling well, gave her all and we are grateful. I loved seeing alot of my dear doll friends and meeting new ones. I hope I can make the trip up from Key West every year!! ....Stay Sweet and Forever ADORAble !!! Lynn Marie

Adora Belle,
Your Mommy does more for her fans than many people do for their friends! Charisma has the most fantastic booth in the whole show-and dare I say the prettiest dolls? The brunch was another experience in itself, I have never heard such silence in a room full of people except maybe in church! God's spirit was truly moving and touching hearts in that room. It was a priviledge to be a part of it. After Utah, the Charisma crew are like old friends, and they treated us that way as well. Thanks, Marie, for giving so much beauty and blessings to my heart with your wonderful music, dolls and the beautiful friends I have found who love you too.
