Because “Charisma Cares”, we encourage our customers, employees and suppliers to take responsibility for the impact their activities have on the environment, minimize our collective environmental footprint and be responsible citizens globally. We are proud to manufacture quality products produced under safe, fair, legal and humane working conditions and are guided by our Mission Statement, Vision and Core Values.
The “Charisma Cares” program facilitates regular donations to non-profit charitable causes such as Breast Cancer, Multiple Sclerosis, Heart Disease and the Children’s Miracle Network. A portion of the proceeds for all cause related dolls are donated in our continuing effort to contribute to the betterment of lives everywhere.
The Charisma employees are dedicated to help build stronger local communities by joining carpools, recycling and serving under-privileged families. We also open our doors to local community groups such as the Girl Scouts of America for tours of our facility.
